• 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken-off power cords/terminals, or dampness. Deal with these situations in a timely manner.
• 2 The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the labels on the rear panel. Confirm the input power voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
• 3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled. The fan starts automatically when the internal temperature exceeds the control threshold. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Keep the inlet and outlet of the fan clear of obstructions at all times.
• 4 When the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine stops working automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation automatically once the temperature drops.
• 5 Avoid using the equipment in environments that exceed normal levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
• 6 Regularly perform dust removal using dry compressed air to improve the service life and reliability of the equipment. Since high voltage is present inside, do not open the casing to prevent damaging internal components.
• 7 Store in a dry, ventilated room if idle for a long time. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for at least 30 minutes before usage.
• 8 Warning: Only connect the powered load equipment when the power-on test is confirmed normal and error-free.
• 9 Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the stabilized power supply immediately. Check the correctness of all external and internal connections and ensure all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not disassemble the casing yourself due to internal high voltage. Please notify technical support promptly to resolve the issue.
