Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage occurred during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnected or damp power cords and terminals. Promptly address any issues found.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Verify that the input power supply voltage matches the voltage specified in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the designated point. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure that the inlet and outlet of the fan are never blocked during operation.
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. It will automatically resume operation once the temperature drops.
Ensure that dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air do not exceed normal levels during operation. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight exposure.
Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) improves the lifespan and reliability of the power equipment. High voltage is present inside; do not open the casing or damage internal components.
Store in a dry, ventilated room when idle. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for at least half an hour before use.
Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and free of errors.
If abnormal operation is observed, immediately switch off the power supply, check connections and screws, and verify all switches and knobs. Due to high internal voltage, do not open the casing or repair the unit without professional knowledge. Please contact professional support promptly to resolve issues.
