Product Instructions

Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, and dampness. Handle promptly if any of these conditions are met.

The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm the input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.

The cooling fan is temperature controlled. The fan starts automatically when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. The speed varies based on output voltage and current. Keep the air inlets and outlets completely clear during operation.

When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will stop automatically to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops, it will automatically resume operation.

Avoid environments with high dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, bumps, rain, or direct sunlight to maintain optimal equipment lifespan.

Regular dust removal using dry compressed air is highly recommended. Because of high internal voltages, do not open the casing and take care not to damage internal components.

When stored idle for long periods, keep the unit in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the equipment and let it run for at least 30 minutes.
