• 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, and dampness. Address any issues promptly.
• 2 The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the labels on the rear panel. Confirm that the input voltage matches the manual's specifications.
• 3 The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and will start when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. Fan speed varies dynamically with output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure the fan's inlet and outlet are not blocked during operation.
• 4 When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically resume operation.
• 5 Avoid using the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, rain, or direct sunlight.
• 6 Regularly clean the dust to improve the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. Since there is high pressure inside, do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
• 7 If stored long-term, keep the unit in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and let it run for at least half an hour.
• 8 Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
• 9 Handling Malfunctions: If abnormal operation occurs, shut off the power switch immediately. Check all internal and external connections for stability and correctness. Do not remove the casing or attempt self-repair if you lack professional equipment, due to high internal voltages.
