Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any transportation damage, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, dislodged power cords/terminals, or dampness. Deal with any issues in a timely manner.
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the rear panel label. Confirm that the input voltage matches the manual specifications.
The cooling fan starts running when the internal temperature exceeds the thresholds. Fan speed adjusts dynamically based on the output load. Ensure that the air inlet and outlet are completely unobstructed during operation.
When internal temperatures reach the overheating threshold, the machine will shut down automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation automatically once the temperature cools down.
Ensure the atmosphere does not contain excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances. Avoid severe vibrations, mechanical impacts, rain exposure, and direct sunlight.
Perform regular dust removal (dry compressed air can be used) to significantly extend service life and reliability. High voltage resides inside; do not open the casing.
Store in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes to maintain functionality.
Warning: Connect the power supply to the powered load equipment only after the initial power-on test is confirmed normal and error-free.
If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power immediately. Check external connections for loose screws and confirm that all switches/knobs are in their correct positions.
