01. Inspection Before Power-On
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, or dampness. Address any of these issues immediately.
02. Power Connections
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm correct connection. Ensure the input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
03. Cooling Fan Operation
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the fan's starting threshold, it will run. The fan speed varies based on the output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure the fan's air inlet and outlet are never blocked.
04. Overheating Protection
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop operating to prevent damage. It will automatically restart once the temperature drops slightly.
05. Environmental Requirements
When operating the power equipment, ensure that dust, acid, and corrosive gases or substances in the air do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
06. Regular Dust Removal
Regularly removing dust greatly improves the service life and reliability of the power equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. However, because there is high pressure inside, do not open the casing or damage internal components.
07. Long-Term Storage
When the power equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
08. Load Connection Warning
Only connect the power supply to the powered load equipment once the power-on test has completed normally and error-free.
09. Malfunction Handling
If abnormal operation occurs after turning on the machine, immediately cut off the stabilized power supply's power switch. Carefully check the internal and external connections for correctness, ensure connection screws are tight, and verify that all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not unscrew the screws or remove the casing without authorization. Due to high internal voltage, do not attempt to repair it yourself without professional knowledge and equipment. Promptly request factory resolution.
