1
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, and dampness. If any of these occur, address them in a timely manner.
2
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm that they are connected correctly. Confirm that the voltage of the input power supply connected is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
3
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting threshold, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is a normal situation. When working, make sure the inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked.
4
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to ensure that it is not damaged. When the temperature drops slightly, it will automatically start to resume work.
5
When using the power equipment, the dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
6
It is best to regularly carry out dust removal work to improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment (dry compressed air can be used for dust removal, but note there is high pressure inside; do not open the casing and be careful not to damage internal components).
7
When the power equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If the storage time exceeds 6 months, the power supply equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
8
Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
9
Handling of malfunctions and problems: If abnormal operation is found after turning on the machine, the power switch of the stabilized power supply should be cut off immediately. Carefully check the internal and external connections for correctness and make sure connecting screws are not loose. Confirm all switches and knobs are in the correct position. If there are problems that are difficult to handle, do not unscrew the screws and remove the casing without authorization. Due to high voltage inside the machine, do not repair it yourself without professional knowledge and equipment to avoid electric shock accidents.
