Step 1
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off power cords/terminals, or dampness. Address any issues promptly.
Step 2
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the main power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that the input voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
Step 3
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting temperature control point, the fan starts. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan are never blocked during operation.
Step 4
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops, it will automatically resume work.
Step 5
When using power equipment, dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
Step 6
Regularly carry out dust removal to improve service life and reliability. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Do not open the casing as high voltage is present inside, and be careful not to damage internal components.
Step 7
When the power equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
Step 8
Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
Step 9
Handling malfunctions: If abnormal operation is found, cut off the power switch immediately. Check internal and external connections for correctness and ensure screws are not loose. Verify if all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not disassemble the casing without authorization. Due to high internal voltage, please notify technical support promptly to resolve the issue.
Q: Is there overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, or short circuit protection?
A: Yes, the system features comprehensive protections including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short-circuit protection.
Q: Can it be used at full power for a long time?
A: No, the power supply needs to be operated with excess capacity. Continuous usage is recommended at below 80% of full load.
Q: Is it convenient to adjust voltage and current?
A: Yes, it is very convenient. The voltage and current can be adjusted precisely using the dual knobs on the panel.
Q: Is the high-power power supply isolated?
A: Yes, this unit is designed as a fully isolated power supply.
Q: What is the voltage regulation range?
A: The voltage regulation starts from 1V.
Q: Is the power supply output sufficient?
A: Yes, the power supply has fully sufficient rated power.
