Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnected power lines/terminals, or signs of dampness. Address any issues promptly.
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal. Connect the ground and input power wires securely according to the rear panel label. Verify input voltage matches the manual specifications.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the control point. Fan speed changes depending on output voltage and current. Ensure the inlet and outlet vents are never blocked.
If the internal temperature reaches the overheat threshold, the device shuts down automatically to prevent damage. It resumes operation automatically once the temperature cools down.
Avoid using the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, rain, or direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal enhances service life and reliability. Use dry compressed air for dust cleaning. Do not open the casing to prevent high-voltage hazards and component damage.
Store idle equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least half an hour.
Connect the power supply to the powered load equipment only after the initial power-on test runs successfully without errors.
If abnormalities occur, turn off the power switch immediately. Check all external connections, screws, switches, and knobs. Do not disassemble the casing yourself, as dangerous high voltage is present inside.
Yes, all of these safety protections are fully integrated.
Yes, reverse protection can be added as a customized upgrade.
No, power supplies should be used with a safety margin. Continuous long-term load should be kept below 80% capacity.
Yes, both voltage and current can be easily adjusted using the dual control knobs.
Yes, our systems are built with a fully isolated power supply design.
