Before powering on, check the switch power supply for transit damage. Ensure no screws are loose, appearance is normal, and cables or terminals are securely in place.
For safety, add an external air switch to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power line according to the label on the rear panel, verifying input voltage compatibility.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. Speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep fan inlets and outlets completely unobstructed during operation.
Overheat protection will trigger shutdown if threshold temperatures are crossed. Once cooled down, it automatically resumes normal operation.
Keep the operating atmosphere clean. Limit dust, acid, corrosive gases or vibrations, and avoid direct exposure to rain or direct sunlight.
Perform regular dust removal (dry compressed air recommended) to improve lifetime. Do not open the casing as high voltage components are present inside.
If stored idle for more than 6 months, store in a dry space, and test-run the unit for at least 30 minutes before deployment.
Warning: Only connect load equipment to the power supply after verifying normal operation without errors during power-on tests.
Troubleshooting: If operation is abnormal, cut off the power switch, check connections and switch positioning. For internal component repair, contact qualified customer service to prevent shock hazard.
