Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, power cord and terminal stability, or dampness. Address any of these issues timely.

The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, add an air switch to the power input terminal to control power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the rear panel label. Check if the input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.

The cooling fan is temperature controlled and will start when the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting threshold. The fan speed varies based on output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan remain unblocked during operation.

When the temperature inside reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. It will automatically resume once the temperature drops.

Avoid exposing the equipment to abnormal levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, bumps, rain, or direct sunlight.

Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) can greatly improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment. Due to high internal voltage, do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.

If stored idle for a long time, keep the power equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and let it run for over half an hour before use.

Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment once the power-on test is confirmed normal and error-free.

If abnormal operation occurs after turning on the machine, immediately cut off the stabilized power supply. Carefully check the internal and external connections, terminal screws, and ensure all switches and knobs are in the correct positions.
