  • 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, and signs of dampness. Address any of these issues promptly.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal to control the overall input power. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that the input voltage matches the rating indicated in the manual.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts working when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. The speed varies dynamically with output voltage and current. Ensure the inlet and outlet vents remain unblocked at all times.
  • 4 If the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will shut down automatically to prevent damage. It will automatically restart once the temperature drops to a safe level.
  • 5 Operate the equipment in environments where dust, acid, corrosive gases, or airborne substances do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regular dust removal is highly recommended to improve the service life and reliability of the device. Use dry compressed air for cleaning, and do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
  • 7 When idle for long periods, store the power supply in a dry and well-ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and operate it for at least half an hour before use.
  • 8 Warning: Only connect the power supply to the load equipment after running a successful power-on test without errors.
  • 9 Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation is detected, switch off the power supply, and check all internal and external connections, screws, switches, and knobs.
