Product Instructions
Before powering on, inspect the switch power supply for any damage sustained during transport. Check for loose screws, structural abnormalities, loose power cables/terminals, or dampness. Address any issues before operation.
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal to manage the main input. Properly connect the ground wire and input power wires based on the rear panel labels. Confirm the input voltage matches the manual specifications.
The cooling fan operates based on temperature control. It starts once the internal temperature exceeds the designated threshold. Fan speed fluctuates dynamically depending on output voltage and current. Keep the fan air inlet and outlet completely clear of obstructions.
If the internal temperature reaches the thermal shutdown limit, the unit automatically suspends operation to prevent damage. It will resume work automatically once the temperature cools down.
Maintain standard environments: avoid exposure to extreme dust, acid, corrosive gases, intense vibrations, impacts, moisture, rain, or direct sunlight.
Perform dust removal regularly using dry compressed air to extend service life and system reliability. Do not open the outer casing or touch internal components without authorization due to high voltage.
Store in a dry, ventilated area during long idle periods. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes to maintain functionality.
Warning: Only connect load equipment to the power supply after verifying successful power-on tests.
Troubleshooting: If operational issues occur, switch off power immediately. Double-check all external/internal connections, screws, and knob positions. Due to hazardous internal high voltages, do not attempt unauthorized disassembly or self-repair. Contact technical support for professional assistance.
