  Pre-operation Check: Check the switch power supply for any potential damage incurred during transportation before powering on. Ensure screws are tight, the appearance is normal, power cords and terminals are secure, and the equipment is free from dampness.

  Power Connection: For safety reasons, please add an external air switch at the power input terminal to control input power. Properly connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the labels on the rear panel. Confirm that the input voltage matches the manual specifications.

  Cooling Fan System: The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and automatically starts when internal heat exceeds the starting threshold. Speed varies based on voltage and current load. Keep the air inlets and outlets completely unobstructed.

  Overheat Protection: When internal temperature limits are reached, the machine automatically powers down to prevent damage. It will resume operation once cooled down.

  Environmental Conditions: Ensure the operating environment does not exceed standard levels of dust, acid, or corrosive gases. Avoid severe vibration, physical impacts, rain, and direct sunlight.

  Maintenance & Cleaning: Regularly clear dust using dry compressed air to extend the lifespan of the equipment. Always ensure the system is powered off and handle with care to protect internal components.

  Storage Requirements: Store in a dry, well-ventilated room when idle. If stored for more than 6 months, power on the system and run it for at least 30 minutes to maintain component integrity.

  Load Connection Warning: Connect external powered load equipment only after the initial power-on test has proven normal and error-free.
