Before powering on, inspect the switch power supply for any damage incurred during storage and transportation. Check for loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnected terminals/power cords, or moisture. Address any issues promptly.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the unit. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly as labeled on the rear panel. Verify that the input voltage matches the manual's specifications.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when internal temperatures reach the preset threshold. The fan speed dynamically scales with output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlet and outlet clear of obstructions.
If the temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will auto-stop to prevent damage. It will automatically restart once the temperature cools down.
Ensure the operating environment contains normal levels of dust, acid, or corrosive gases. Avoid placing the unit in conditions with severe vibrations, bumps, rain, or direct sunlight.
Regularly perform dust removal (using dry compressed air) to extend product lifespan. Do not open the casing to dust due to high-voltage hazards inside.
When idle for long periods, store the unit in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on and operate the unit for at least half an hour before use.
Warning: Only connect your load equipment to the power supply after verifying that the power-on test is normal and error-free.
In case of malfunction, immediately cut off the power switch. Double-check all external/internal connections, screws, switches, and knobs. Do not unscrew the casing or attempt repairs yourself due to internal high voltage. Contact technical support promptly for assistance.
