Before powering on, check the switch power supply for any damage during transit. Ensure screws are tight, the appearance is normal, power cords and terminals are secure, and components are completely dry.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power inside the machine. For safety, add an external air switch at the power input terminal. Connect ground and input wires correctly based on the rear panel labels, and verify voltage compatibility.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when internal temperatures rise. Fan speed varies with load. Do not block the air inlet and outlet vents during operation.
If the temperature reaches the overheat threshold, the machine will shut down automatically for protection and will automatically resume operation once cooled.
Avoid using the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, rain, or direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) improves lifespan and reliability. Do not open the casing to prevent damage and avoid internal high-voltage hazards.
If idle for over 6 months, store in a dry, ventilated room and power on the equipment for at least 30 minutes before active use.
Warning: Only connect load equipment to the power supply after verifying a normal, error-free power-on test.
Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off power immediately. Check internal and external connections, screws, and knob positions. Due to dangerous internal high voltages, do not attempt unauthorized disassembly. Contact technical support promptly to resolve issues.
