Product Instructions

  • 1. Pre-operation Check: Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Verify that there is no damage from transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnected power cords/terminals, or dampness. Address any issues promptly.
  • 2. Power Connection: The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel labels. Verify that the input supply voltage matches the indicated manual specifications.
  • 3. Cooling Fan & Ventilation: The cooling fan is temperature controlled and will start when the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlet and outlet clear of blockages.
  • 4. Overheat Auto-recovery: When the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will stop automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation once the temperature drops below the restart point.
  • 5. Environmental Conditions: Operate in environments where dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances do not exceed normal levels. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, heavy vibrations, and physical bumps.
  • 6. Maintenance & Cleaning: Regularly clear accumulated dust to improve service life and reliability. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. Warning: High voltage is present inside the machine; do not open the casing or risk damaging internal components.
  • 7. Long-term Storage: Store idle equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes.
  • 8. Load Connection Warning: Only connect your load equipment after verifying that the power-on self-test runs normally and without errors.
  • 9. Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation is observed, shut down the power switch immediately. Check internal and external connections, terminal screws, and dial/knob positions. For safety, do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device without proper training due to dangerous internal voltages. Please notify professional support promptly to resolve issues.
