  • 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, loose power cords/terminals, or dampness. If any issues are found, resolve them promptly.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Verify that the input voltage matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the activation threshold, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure the fan's inlet and outlet are not blocked during operation.
  • 4 If the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will stop automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation automatically once the temperature drops.
  • 5 Ensure that dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regularly perform dust removal to extend the lifespan and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used, but since high voltage is present inside, do not open the casing or damage internal components.
  • 7 When idle for long periods, store the equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the supply for at least half an hour before use.
  • 8 Warning: Connect to load equipment only after the power-on test is normal and error-free.
  • 9 Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation occurs, shut off the power switch immediately. Carefully check all internal and external connections, screws, switches, and knobs. Do not open the casing or attempt self-repairs due to high voltage. Contact technical support promptly for assistance.
