Inspect the switch power supply for transport damage before powering on. Check if screws are loose, the appearance is normal, power cords or terminals are loose, or if the unit is damp. Handle any abnormalities immediately.
The local switch controls internal auxiliary power. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly as labeled. Ensure the input voltage matches the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. It starts when the internal temperature exceeds the limit. Fan speed varies dynamically with output. Do not block the air inlet and outlet vents during operation.
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold, the unit automatically shuts down to prevent damage. It will automatically restart once the temperature drops to a safe level.
Avoid environments with excessive dust, acid, or corrosive gases. Do not expose the equipment to severe vibration, physical impacts, rain, or direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal extends service life. Use dry compressed air for cleaning. Warning: High voltage is present inside. Do not open the casing or damage internal components.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated room if idle. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it idle for at least half an hour to keep components active.
Only connect the power supply to active load equipment after the initial power-on test is confirmed normal and error-free.
If operation is abnormal, cut off the input power immediately. Check external connections, switches, knobs, and screws. Do not attempt self-repair if you lack professional knowledge due to high-voltage hazards.
