Product Instructions
01. Pre-power Inspection
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off power cords/terminals, or signs of dampness. Address any of these issues promptly.
02. Power Connections
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm they are connected correctly. Ensure the input power voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
03. Temperature-Controlled Cooling
The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. Please ensure that the fan inlet and outlet are not blocked.
04. Overheating Protection
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. It will automatically resume operations once the temperature drops slightly.
05. Working Environment
When using the power equipment, dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
06. Dust Removal Maintenance
Regular dust removal greatly improves the service life and reliability of the power equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. As high voltage exists inside, do not open the casing and take care not to damage internal components.
07. Long-Term Storage
If the equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and operated for at least half an hour.
08. Load Connection warning
Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power on test is normal and error free.
09. Malfunction and Troubleshooting
If abnormal operation is found after turning on the machine, cut off the power switch of the stabilized power supply. Carefully check the internal and external connections for correctness and check for loose connecting screws. Ensure all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not unscrew the screws and remove the casing without authorization. Due to high voltage, do not attempt to repair it yourself without professional knowledge and equipment to avoid electric shock accidents.
