  • Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any transportation damage, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, and dampness. Address any issues promptly.
  • The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the rear panel label. Confirm that the input voltage matches the manual specifications.
  • The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. It starts running when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. The speed varies with the output voltage and current. Ensure the fan's inlet and outlet are not blocked during operation.
  • If the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will stop working automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation once the temperature drops.
  • Avoid operating the equipment in environments exceeding normal levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibration, rain, or direct sunlight.
  • Regularly clean the dust inside using dry compressed air to improve service life and reliability. (Warning: high voltage inside, do not open the casing unless authorized, and avoid damaging internal components).
  • Store the idle equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the supply for at least half an hour before use.
Warning: Only connect the load equipment after the initial power-on test is normal and error-free.
  • Handling malfunctions: If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the power switch immediately. Check internal/external connections for tightness and correctness.
