Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, check if screws are loose, if the appearance is normal, if the power cord and terminals are shaken off, and if they are damp. If any issues are found, handle them in a timely manner.

The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm the input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.

The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Ensure that the inlet and outlet of the fan are never blocked during operation.

When the temperature inside the machine reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, it automatically stops working. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it automatically resumes operation.

Ensure the environment is free from excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, rain, and direct sunlight.

Perform regular dust removal (dry compressed air can be used) to improve reliability and service life. Due to internal high pressure, do not open the casing or damage internal components during cleaning.

If idle for more than 6 months, store in a dry, ventilated room and power on the equipment for more than half an hour before use.

Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment after the initial power-on test is normal and error-free.

Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the stabilized power supply immediately. Check the internal and external connections, screws, and knob positions. If issues persist, do not remove the casing due to high voltage. Please contact the factory promptly for support.
