  • 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for transportation damage, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off terminals or power cords, and dampness. Address any issues promptly.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power. For safety, add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the input. Connect the ground and input power wires properly according to the rear panel labels, confirming the input voltage matches the manual guidelines.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled and will start when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. Fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Ensure that the fan inlet and outlet are never blocked during operation.
  • 4 If the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will automatically stop working. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically resume operations.
  • 5 Ensure that dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the operating air do not exceed normal levels. Avoid placing the equipment in environments with severe vibration, impacts, rain, or direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regular dust removal using dry compressed air is highly recommended to improve lifetime and reliability. Due to internal high voltage, do not open the casing or damage internal components.
  • 7 Store the equipment in a dry, ventilated room when idle for long periods. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the supply for at least half an hour before use.
  • 8 Warning: Only connect your powered load equipment to the power supply once the power-on test has been completed successfully and without errors.
  • 9 Malfunctions: If abnormal operation is detected, cut off the stabilized power supply immediately. Check all internal/external connections for looseness or incorrect switch/knob placements.
