Check the stored and transported switch power supply before powering on. Ensure no damage occurred during transit, check for loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken-off wires, or dampness.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside. For safety, add an external air switch to the input terminal. Connect ground and input wires correctly according to the panel labels.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when internal temperatures rise. Fan speed varies based on output voltage and current. Keep the air inlets and outlets clear.
Overheat Protection: When the internal temperature reaches the threshold, the machine stops automatically. It resumes operations once the temperature drops.
Avoid using the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, rain, or direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) improves the lifespan and reliability. Do not open the casing when doing so, as high voltages are present inside.
If stored idle for more than 6 months, store in a dry, ventilated room, and run the equipment for at least 30 minutes before deployment.
Warning: Connect to load equipment only after the initial power-on test is confirmed normal and error-free.
For malfunctions, disconnect the power immediately and check connections. Do not disassemble the casing yourself due to high voltage. Seek professional assistance to resolve issues.
