Before powering on, check the power supply for any physical damage sustained during transportation. Ensure screws are tight, the appearance is normal, and cables and terminals are securely attached without moisture issues.
For safety reasons, install an external air switch at the input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire strictly according to the rear panel label markings.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When temperature limits inside the machine are reached, it starts automatically. Fan speed adjusts dynamically based on output load. Keep air inlet/outlet paths unblocked.
If internal temperatures exceed the critical threshold, the unit will automatically shut down to prevent damage. It will resume operations once the internal components cool down.
Ensure the operating environment is free of heavy dust, acid, corrosive gases, and severe vibration. Protect the equipment from rain and direct sunlight exposure.
Perform regular dust cleaning using dry compressed air to extend the unit's lifespan. Do not open the casing without proper authorization, as high-voltage risks exist inside.
When stored idle, place the unit in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and operate it under no-load condition for at least 30 minutes.
Connect load equipment to the power supply output terminals only after confirming a normal and error-free power-on test.
