Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, whether the power cord and terminal are shaken off, and if they are damp. Address any issues in a timely manner.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that the voltage of the connected input power supply matches the specification in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled and will start when the temperature inside the machine exceeds the activation point. The fan speed varies based on output voltage and current. Keep the inlet and outlet of the fan completely clear during operation.
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, it will automatically stop working to prevent damage. It will resume operation automatically once the temperature drops.
Avoid using the power equipment in environments with abnormal levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal greatly improves the service life and reliability. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. Due to high internal voltage, do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
If stored idle for a long period, keep the unit in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least half an hour.
Only connect to the powered load equipment after confirming the power-on test is normal and error-free.
If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power immediately. Verify internal and external connections, tighten screws, and check switch positions. Do not unscrew or remove the casing without authorization. Due to high voltage, professional knowledge and equipment are required for repair to avoid electric shock.
