  • 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for damage during transportation, such as whether screws are loose, the appearance is abnormal, the power cord and terminals are shaken off, or they are damp. If any such issues occur, deal with them in a timely manner.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm the input voltage matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled and will start when the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting temperature control point. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep the inlet and outlet of the fan clear.
  • 4 When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, it will automatically stop working to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops, it will automatically resume work.
  • 5 Avoid operating the equipment in environments where dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regularly carry out dust removal work to improve service life and reliability. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Do not open the casing without authorization.
  • 7 When the equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for more than half an hour before use.
  • 8 Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
  • 9 Handling of malfunctions: If abnormal operation is found, cut off the power switch, check connection correctness and screw tightness. Do not remove the casing or attempt repairs without professional knowledge due to high internal voltages.
